A. Absolutely! We offer an extended 30-day guarantee. If you're not satisfied with your purchase or received a faulty item, please contact our customer support team via email for assistance with the return process.

Q. Which payment methods do you accept?
A. We accept all major credit cards including VISA, Mastercard, Discover, and AMEX. You may also pay securely through PayPal for added convenience.

Q. When will my order be shipped?
A. Orders are processed and shipped within 24–48 hours after payment is verified.

Q. Can I make changes to my order?
A. If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. Once your order is processed by our warehouse, changes may no longer be possible.

A. Yes, absolutely! We prioritize your privacy and protect your data in accordance with current data protection regulations.

Q. What should I do if I forget my password?
A. If you've forgotten your password, simply visit the login page and click on the "Forgot password" link. We’ll send you an email with instructions to reset your password.

Q. Which animal rescues receive your donations?
A. Our list is still growing! Feel free to send us the contact information for a nonprofit we should partner with. We are very new and vetting more shelters, rescues, and foundations throughout the year to include as both donation recipients and in our awareness campaigns and social media posts. Our current list of 501(c)3 nonprofits includes:
